An exam is required prior to booking a therapy package. This 60 minute appointment allows us to discuss goals, expectations & customize a therapy plan that is best for you. You will submit photos and a detailed intake form prior to our session.

Ages 4-9. Includes habit elimination therapy, as well as strength and pattern exercises to restore normal resting posture & promote nasal breathing.

Phase I therapy
Online/In-Person
Phase I therapy is suitable for individuals ages 9+ with less complex needs or those ready to progress through treatment quickly. This therapy demands extra commitment to assigned exercises and offers limited flexibility for rescheduling appointments.

Comprehensive therapy

Comprehensive therapy allows us to move through therapy at a reasonable speed, while allowing plenty of time to address your goals & individual needs.
